Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Discounted items or items on sale are non-refundable.

Before returning an item, please notify us at oneoffones@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at +6281977760293 so it'll be easier for us to process your return.

Sale or Discounted Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed. We can only exchange the same item (we do not accept exchange of colours or different styles).

If the size requested for an exchange is unavailable/sold out, we will offer the same item in different colours if available, if not we will issue a store credit refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
